The Schoolmaster?

Several folks have wondered about the name of the site "The Schoolmaster" and what it means. Is it the 10 commandments, Jesus, something else? The 10 commandments is a good guess because the KJV of the Bible states ... Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith. But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster ...Gal 3:24-25. However, that's not why the site is called The Shoolmaster. So, why is it?

Let's break the name down. A school is a place of learning and a master is one who leads, guides, or teaches. Psalm 25:5 states ... Lead me in Your truth and teach me, for You are the God of my salvation; for You I wait all the day. This is why the site is called The Schoolmaster.

The Yin-Yang of it All

Have you ever had someone ask you, “so, what's the yin-yang of it all,” and expect an answer right then?

Interesting question to say the least, since the question was in reference to God, Jesus, the Bible, why it mattered, and what the big deal was. What if your friend asked you this question, would you know how to respond?
